      1. More help needed next year for extra eyes on everyone, maybe Men of Lincoln?

      2. Need to block access to rest of building next year so that people aren’t wandering

    2. Open PTO positions- KP to make help wanted signs and a brochure to pass out at events

    1. May and June Activities - Becky

      1. May 8-12 Staff Appreciation Week

        1. Monday- gift packs from PTO today and student council coffee cart

        2. Tuesday- shirts

        3. Wednesday- cupcakes

        4. Thursday- lunch from Minys with donated desserts from families

        5. Friday- Will edit this tomorrow so I don’t ruin the fun!

        6. Monday Tuesday, and Wednesday- massages donated by Hesselberg Chiropractic, working on a thank you card for them

      2. June 1 Brick Bash- Volunteers needed!

        1. Inflatables ordered as donation from PTO. We donated $650 for two

      3. June 12 Fifth grade recognition

        1. Pizza- Cox to order, pto will pay

        2. Need water and cupcakes- cupcakes ordered, still need to get tiny waters

        3. Need gift bags- Ms Cox has supplies for this

      4. June 20 Reading in the Park with Bishop

        1. Theme? Readers? Snacks?- Theme will be Hometown Heroes. KP to contact Augusta FD. Bishop will provide snacks. Ms. Jansen volunteered to read a book. Ms. Cox has supplies for a craft in her office.

        2. Free books are coming from central office

        3. Library will have a table

      5. Transportation breakfast? Something for maintenance? (Becky)- Will work on a plan for something to happen the same day as Brick Bash

    2. Are we having another meeting before the next school year starts? No but we will be at open house!
